Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Orders over a set amount qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at swannbrenda@icloud.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
